Jon C. Henbest, CPA, MCSE, MCDBA, MCSA, DCIE

PRESIDENT

As President of Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), Jon leads PTC’s nationwide IT consulting business. Jon’s responsibility spans all aspects of the business, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting, IT support and management, managed print services, network security, and software development and training. He also oversees parent organization ISS Solutions’ internal IT infrastructure, which he modernized with a lower-cost, more secure cloud-based system. Prior to being President, Jon was Vice President of Technical Services.

Prior to joining PTC, Jon worked as a tax accountant for a regional public accounting firm. He then changed his career path to work in the technology consulting group of that accounting firm. Jon went on to join PTC at inception in 1999 with the other founding PTC team members.

Jon has been involved in network design, implementation, and management for over twenty-five years. He has vast experience with various businesses and industries through both his accounting and technical consulting careers. Jon has been involved in all aspects of network planning, implementation, security and maintenance. In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, and a DataCore Certified Implementation Engineer, Jon has extensive experience with multi-site Citrix deployments, both domestic and international. Jon has worked with numerous clients to evaluate and migrate to virtualization platforms, public and private cloud solutions, as well as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Jon holds a BS in Accounting from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, Jon is active in his church, where he has also held leadership positions and he volunteers with Boy Scouts of America.

Bridgette A. Hobart Janeczko, CPA, MS, CITP

FOUNDER AND SENIOR CONSULTANT

As Founder and Senior Consultant of Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), Bridgette is focused fully on direct client engagement and staff development. Bridgette founded Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC) in February 1999 and has more than thirty-five years of professional experience in accounting, tax and technology. Bridgette sold PTC in 2017 to ISS Solutions, Inc. and continued as President for 5 years until transferring her administrative responsibilities to others. Throughout her career, Bridgette has combined her knowledge of accounting, business processes and technology, as well as exposure to many applications and industries, to benefit her clients. Bridgette has drawn on this background to develop PTC’s implementation, development, application integration and training methodologies. Her diversified background in business processes and applications, coupled with her technical knowledge of database structures and applications, has been a great asset to client projects involving streamlining business processes and integrations between systems.

Bridgette has published two manuscripts for Strategic Finance focusing on the use of technology to streamline fixed asset management business processes, one of which was awarded the cover story. Additionally, Bridgette was published as co-author of an article entitled “Measuring Corporate Performance in the World of Biotech” in New Jersey Life Science Tech magazine.

Bridgette is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Strategic Finance Magazine, past President of West Windsor Lions Club and current member of Hector Area Lions Club. In 2015 she was awarded the Nazareth School of Management Distinguished Alumni Award, West Windsor Lion of the Year and was honored with receiving the Lions International Melvin Jones Fellowship Award. In 2016 Bridgette was honored as one of the Top 25 Leading Woman Entrepreneurs in New Jersey.

Bridgette is a member of US Masters Swimming, World Open Water Swimming Association, Marathon Swimmers Federation and Channel Swimming Association. She is the Event Director for the Around the Island Swim Festival and Finger Lakes Open Water Swim Festival, charity events raising funds for animal rescue groups & K9 Teams. Bridgette focuses on marathon swimming and has participated in these events to raise awareness and funds for charities focusing on health & wellness, youth programs and animal rescue groups. Bridgette has completed multiple marathon swims, including Around Key West, Tampa Bay, Ederle, Manhattan Island, Catalina Channel, Cape May NJ Circumnavigation, AZ SCAR Challenge, Rottnest Channel, English Channel, 120 mile 8 Bridges on the Hudson Staged Swim, 36-mile End Wet Red River Challenge, the first to complete the length of all 9 swimmable NY Finger Lakes, and the first to complete the 25.3 mile Lake Hopatcong NJ Perimeter Swim. Upon completion of the English Channel on September 18, 2014, Bridgette became the 105th person in the world to complete the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming (Manhattan Island, Catalina Channel & English Channel). Bridgette was awarded the 2015 World Open Water Swimming Association Women of the Year and the 2015 Marathon Swimmers Federation Overall Performance of the Year by a Woman.

Bridgette received her BS in Accounting from Nazareth College of Rochester and an MS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Bridgette resides in Lake Hopatcong, NJ with her husband, Bob, and many rescue pets. In addition to her career and marathon swimming, she enjoys speaking on her marathon swimming adventures and on how through visualization, positive thinking, learning from failure, teamwork, and embracing challenges you realize you can do just about anything.

Gregory Paff, MCSD

VP DEVELOPMENT

As VP of Development at PTC, Greg manages PTC’s software development team. Greg’s responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development lifecycle including the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications for web, mobile and client/server platforms. He is also responsible for designing integrations between various systems making business processes more seamless and efficient. Greg also manages reporting design and business intelligence to help businesses display and interpret their critical data.

Prior to joining Paradigm Technology Consultants, LLC, Greg worked as a Senior Developer for a technology consulting firm specializing in the customization of accounting information systems. There he gained experience in all areas of the software development life cycle.

After spending 6 years in consulting, Greg worked as a Senior Software Engineer for a publishing company where he was tasked with designing and developing system integrations between CRM, Billing and other ERP systems.

In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Greg holds certifications in Microsoft CRM, Dexterity and SQL Server.

Greg joined the Paradigm Team in 2004. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from Monmouth University and is currently attending Rutgers University for an M.B.A Outside of work Greg enjoys spending time with his family, is active within his church, and loves being on the beach.

Tony Faralli

VICE PRESIDENT, CALL CENTER OPERATIONS & DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

As Vice President of Call Center Operations & Director of Human Resources, Tony is responsible for human resources operations and all service desk activities in support of clients. He has spent his career working in a variety of operations and human resources positions.

Tony has been managing customer call centers since 1994. He held the position of Operations Manager for the northeast customer care center for GE Financial Assurance from 1994 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, he was Vice President of Office Operations for Rapidforms/New England Business Services. He also was Vice President of Customer Care, Special Orders and Projects for Interline Brands, a $1.2 billion marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products for ten years. In this role, Tony led the due diligence, acquisition integration, and human capital development of eight acquired companies with combined revenues of more than $800 million. His responsibilities also included the management of three large, multi-brand customer care operations centers across the United States.

Tony has previously served as Director of Human Resources for Paris Business Products, a paper converter and manufacturer of business products. In this role, he worked with the management team to develop an operating culture that would attract, retain, and motivate associates by developing policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement.

Tony holds a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Temple University. In addition, he has attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Tony and his family reside in Southern NJ. He enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf and spending time at the Jersey Shore.

Michael Gummel

VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT SUCCESS

Michael received his BS in Accounting from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

Michael has been a member of the Paradigm team since its inception and has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting, technology, tax and auditing. As a product engineer for Paradigm Technology Consulting, Michael has had exposure to many industries and has used this experience to provide well founded solutions to the business issues. Michael is also responsible for managing the sales and marketing team, researching, testing and training on products that Paradigm chooses to implement for their customers.

Prior to joining the Paradigm team, Michael worked for several public accounting firms providing all aspects of services from write-ups and tax work to audits, business and technology consulting. Many of the organizations that Michael worked with were in the not-for-profit sector.

Michael has been a frequent speaker at many industry events where the topics have ranged from cash flow management to implementing a technology change within the organization, and has authored a number of magazine articles that have been published.

During his career, Michael has been involved with hundreds of implementations, and has extensive knowledge on a number of ERP applications. Among the publishers that he has worked with are, Microsoft, Sage/Best Software, ACCPAC, Goldmine, Tiger Paw CRM as well as hundreds of integrated solutions for these products.

Michael is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, New Jersey Society of CPAs and actively serves on a number of boards and service organizations within his community including the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP).
