PTC Net Promoter Score 2022

LANGHORNE, PA., December 1, 2022 – Paradigm Technology Consulting (PTC), an ISS Solutions Business, has been helping clients fulfill their business management and information technology needs since 1999 announced today it achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +83 during its latest NPS survey completed in October 2022. Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is a well-known measurement of a customer’s loyalty to a brand on a scale of -100 to +100. PTC’s 83 NPS score is a near 14% increase from its previous score of +73 in 2021.

PTC aims to consistently achieve a best-in-class or better net promoter score, with our goal to always beat the 35-43% national NPS benchmark for technology & professional services companies as we aim for best-in-class with a score of 68% or higher.

In the survey, PTC customers credit the company for its responsiveness and professionalism, vast understanding of technology and finance and friendly customer service. The survey asks clients to rate how likely it is that they would recommend PTC to a friend or colleague and the reasons for their ratings. Because of our commitment to delivering outstanding services and knowing that client referrals help us expand our business, the NPS methodology is valuable in helping us gauge not only which clients are willing to recommend us and why, but also what actions we need to take to improve the client experience.
