The Directions North America 2024 Conference was an exhilarating experience, bringing together a diverse community of Dynamics enthusiasts. From developers to sales professionals, everyone gathered in sunny San Diego to explore the latest trends, gain insights, and foster connections.
DirectionsNA is a conference created by Partners for Partners focusing on Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies.
The agenda boasted over 150+ sessions covering a wide range of topics. There were technical deep dives, development, sales and marketing as well as business strategy sessions. Many of the technical sessions were led by Microsoft employees.
One of the best things about this conference is that it is a Partner-to-Partner event. We get to share our experiences and ask others questions.
Many of the sessions and keynote presentations were centered around artificial intelligence (AI). We were able to see what is currently in MS products, but were also introduced to what may be coming out later this year and into next year. Much of the discussion was around how AI can help users do things faster and help remove some of the repetitive work in order to free them up. It’s exciting and truly impressive to see what AI can achieve.
