PTC is a long-time member and sponsor of HDI (Help Desk Institute), a great resource for call center and service desk professionals. HDI provides a collaborative environment for those of us in IT and/or customer service to share and bring together a community of equally-minded individuals from various walks of life and industry. Together we learn and build relationships, knowledge, and live to understand more of what is happening outside our day-to-day lives. HDI offers National and local connections via major city chapters, aka Philly Chapter covering the greater tri-state area and meets once a month for fun (e.g., a Trenton Thunder game, annual golf outing) or meet for snacks and hear a speaker or two learning more about the world of IT and customer service delivery.
